CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm

Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick, Commissioner Pitcock, Commissioner Jeski
Members absent: Commissioner Jennings
Alternates present: Commissioner Evans, Commissioner Foley, Commissioner Taylor
Alternates absent: none
Commissioner Foley was appointed to sit for Commissioner Jennings.
Chairperson Macro read the Public Hearing Notice as it was published in the Journal Inquirer on May 1, 2013.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
- William and Ingrid Fraize for brick pavers to cover the parking area in the front of the property at 1562 Main Street. An option was also presented for a circular driveway of brick. More information was requested regarding grass pavers and access to south of house to minimize parking in front of house.
- Mr. Fraize presented additions to Evergreen Lodge for three air conditioning units, an underground propane tank and a generator pad, plus a pre-built outbuilding. More information was requested on optional locations for air conditioning units; options for outbuilding style and orientation, as well as pictures of proposed locations.
- Paul and Daryl Ramsey for a telescoping flagpole and a generator (only option #1 is viable) on the North side of the house.

CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
Motion to close the Public Hearing was made by Commissioner FitzPatrick at 8:55 pm, seconded by Commissioner Foley and approved unanimously.
